Following up the previous launch of the new Polo Vivo early this month, Volkswagen is back again with the new Arteon which has finally launched in South Africa.
The Volkswagen Arteon consists of three different models: Elegance, R-Line, and R-Line 4MOTION.
Overall, Arteon has all the innovation, technology and power inside that you would expect from a cutting-edge performance car, all wrapped in a carefully considered and elegant exterior.
The Arteon offers a host of Driver Assistance features, including standard Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking, standard Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Traffic Alert, and standard Automatic Post-Collision Braking. Available features include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Assist, Light Assist, Park Assist, and Park Distance Control.1

Arteon is powered by two 2-litre turbocharged engines, a 130kW diesel and 206kW petrol. 2.0 TSi ranks the benchmark 0-100kph in 5.6 seconds, before powering on to a 250kph top speed.
