Savanna Premium Cider has announced South Africa’s Festival of Comedy (#SavannaSAFC), a live comedy tour featuring a full line-up of the country’s top and emerging comedic talent.
In its first edition, South Africa’s Festival of Comedy brings together leading and emerging comedians for a nationwide celebration built around the power of laughter.
For this, Savanna appointed Trevor Noah as Lead Curator and Captain of the SA National Team of Comedy, alongside Eugene Khoza as Vice Captain, and Ntosh Madlingozi as Coach.
Together, these hosts will announce more dates, venues, and new signings, building anticipation for what promises to be a historic squad reveal.
Performances kick off in:
– Pretoria (SunBet Arena: 5th September 2026)
– Cape Town (GrandWest Casino: 26th September 2026).
Between May and September, Savanna and South Africa’s Festival of Comedy will take the build-up on tour with squad call-ups, behind-the-scenes moments, and a stream of comedy inspired by everyday South African passion and pride.
