‘Earlier in February we announced that we will be donating two R50 000 bursaries for 2016, and the response we received was exceptional. We were inspired by not only the amount of submissions we received, but by the passion and determination of the students in need of assistance. We will now be donating a further R500 000 towards tertiary education costs, and we ask the public to help us achieve this,’OLX country manager Stephen Ballot.
For each advert that was placed on the OLX website and app from Tuesday, 9 February to Monday, 15 February, OLX will donate R10 toward the bursary fund. The overall goal is to give R50 000 to 10 students across the country, in order to help fund their futures.
