STANDARD CHARTERED BANK – CLIENT COVERAGE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: This prestigious 10-week summer internship offers penultimate-year students hands-on exposure within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Interns work with leading corporates, financial institutions, and public-sector clients across South Africa and global markets. The programme includes structured induction, classroom learning on banking products, on-the-job training, mentorship, and networking with senior leaders. Many interns progress into graduate roles.

WESTERN CAPE GOVERNMENT – GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME 2026/2027

COUNTRY: South Africa

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: This structured Youth Development Programme provides graduates with valuable practical workplace experience across various provincial departments for 3 to 24 months. Interns will be placed in departments including Agriculture, Police Oversight, Cultural Affairs, Economic Development, Environmental Affairs, Infrastructure, Local Government, Mobility, Provincial Treasury, and Social Development. The programme aims to build contactable references, develop workplace skills, and provide career exposure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • South African citizen residing in the Western Cape
  • Between 20-35 years old
  • Unemployed
  • Completed Certificate (NQF 5), Diploma (NQF 6), Degree (NQF 7), or Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8+)
