If you’re looking for a retail management opportunity in Cape Town, Cotton On is currently hiring a Store Manager for its V&A Waterfront store.


This full-time role focuses on leading the store team, creating a strong customer experience, and driving the store’s overall performance. The Cotton On store is located at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

What you’ll be doing

The Store Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the store team.
  • Building a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors.
  • Creating an elevated customer experience across the store.
  • Supporting a customer-first and results-driven store culture.
  • Identifying team development needs and helping employees grow.
  • Working with visual merchandising and merchandise teams to improve store performance.
  • Managing staff schedules and wages to meet productivity targets.
  • Using customer and store insights to help drive results.
  • Supporting the Cotton On Group Foundation and its community initiatives.
