What you’ll be doing
The Store Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the store team.
- Building a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors.
- Creating an elevated customer experience across the store.
- Supporting a customer-first and results-driven store culture.
- Identifying team development needs and helping employees grow.
- Working with visual merchandising and merchandise teams to improve store performance.
- Managing staff schedules and wages to meet productivity targets.
- Using customer and store insights to help drive results.
- Supporting the Cotton On Group Foundation and its community initiatives.
